Lite Users

Getting started with PrettyLinks Lite? You too can find everything you need in our Support Docs above. While theyโ€™re written with Pro versions in mind, most of the same guides and troubleshooting tips will walk you through Lite as well.

If you run into something our docs donโ€™t cover, youโ€™re welcome to post your question on the PrettyLinks WordPress.org support forum. We canโ€™t always guarantee response times there, but we do our best to reply as quickly as we can.

Pro Users

If youโ€™ve purchased a PrettyLinks License and have an active Support License, you can submit a ticket through our Premium Support Request page using your account login. 

Once your ticket is submitted, our team aims to respond
within 1โ€“2 business days.
